Important Notice:

PC users must have Microsoft's Office Word program (97 or higher).  MAC users must a text program that can read RTF files (text edit or Office for MAC). 

To cancel monthly service, you must call or email us before your due date (the date you first ordered service).  If you do not receive your issue, you must call or email us to alert us of that fact by the end of the week the issue was published. (Issues are published every Monday).

The Mercury Production Report will suspend service for up to one month during a 6-Month subscription and up to two months during a 1 Year Subscription. To suspend service (to go on hiatus due to getting a job) during a 6-month or yearly subscription, call or email us to request a suspension of service and provide suspension start date.  For Monthly subscriptions, simply cancel your monthly sub and sign up again when ready.

If you report a missed issue within two weeks of its published date we will re-send it to you. Any “missed issues” reported to us after two weeks will not be sent nor will we credit your account for any missed issues. It is your responsibility to alert us concerning “missed issues” in a timely manner.  

MAC users will receive the report in a “.pdf” format and are required to have Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to open the report properly.  PC users are required to have either Microsoft’s Office Word program (97 or higher) or Adobe Acrobat Reader.  PC users that have the Word program (97 or higher) will receive the report in a Word “.doc” format.  Those without the Word program will receive the report in the Adobe Acrobat “.pdf” file format.  Adobe Acrobat program can be downloaded for free by visiting www.adobe.com.
