BRUCE AND TL:

Bruce Mercury and T. L. Jones wrote, produced, directed and star in Band of Pirates: Buccaneer Island. They also produce The Hawaiian Collection of eco-travel/nature DVDs and have developed The Waterfall Hunter, an eco-travel TV show. They have many projects in development and just finished scripting "The AquaLung Project."

There interest in music also inspires them to write songs and musicals and in development in the musical The Buccaneer Queen and an untitled musical.

As DIRECTORS. Bruce and T. L. have directed feature Films, Music Videos, Television and Real Estate videos, including many luxury homes in Hawaii that have helped generate millions of dollars in sales for companies such as Century 21, REMAX and more. They also EDIT much of their work, which aids their directing skills.

Both Bruce and T. L. won the Videographer's Award of Distinction for "Waterfalls of Hawii," one of THE HAWAIIAN COLLECTION DVDs featuring some of Hawaii's most beautiful waterfalls.

 

BRUCE MERCURY:

As an ACTOR, Bruce Mercury has appeared in many film and television projects including Subterfuge, Hard Justice, Laws of Deception, Final Equinox, Wasteland Justice, Hook, Star Trek. He stars as Captain Black in Band of Pirates, and has just finished the first season hosting " The Waterfall Hunter", a eco-travel show filmed in Hawaii. Bruce is currently acting in a feature Western called "Chapped Lips".

As a PRODUCER, Bruce has produced and co-produced many projects. With co-production deals for the last 15 years via Mercury Transportation (Star and Production Trailers) we have supplied transpo to the biggest movie and musican stars around. Like Guns and Roses, Prince, The Clash, Barry White, and more. Bruce also co-founded Easy Rider Productions Transportaion company who for the last 15 years have worked on thousands of movies, music videos and commercials. Easy Rider is also the exclusive transportation company for the last 10 years for the Coachcella Music Festival, and Stagecoach supplying around 50 star and production trailers to the music stars. With headliners like SIR PAUL MC CARTNEY and many more artists. Over a 150,000 people attended in 2010.

Bruce is also the PUBLISHER of "The Mercury Production Report," the leader in production listings for Film and TV, which has been providing this service for 15 years. T. L. JONES:

Tiger Lily is an experienced ACTRESS, having played lead roles in Orpheus Descending, The Last of the Formicans, Blithe Spirit, Time of Your Life, A Street Car Named Desire, Wild Oats, and The Woolgatherer; and supporting roles in MacBeth, Oliver!, Hello Dolly! and Grease, in academic and regional theatre. Her film and television credits include two supporting roles in the feature comedy, Super Spy and appearances in Gun Blues, Bulworth, Subterfuge, Townies, Murder One and Ned & Stacey. (credited as her given name)

T. L. is also a DIRECTOR and directed* the award winning play Bang, Bang, You’re Dead and Adventures In Broadway for the Hawaii Children’s Theatre. (*under given name)

In addition to directing Band of Pirates the movie. She WRITES for and narrates The Hawaiian Collection of eco-travel/nature DVDs and is a GUEST HOST on The Waterfall Hunter show.

T. L. 's first book, SANTA TAKES A HOLIDAY! was honored by the Hollywood Book Festival's Book-of-the-year Contest with an "Honorable Mention in Children's Literature." The book is part of a series titled, THE SANTA CHRONICLES and T. L.
is currently working on the screenplay, audio book and illustrated book.

As a PRODUCER, TL has gained a great understanding of the demands of production working as a national tour producer, production manager, costumer, sets, tour coordinator in the theatre and other tours and worked on over 100 art exhibitions.

TL is also a SINGER-SONGWRITER. She has written over 50 songs and is currently writing more songs for the musical "The Buccaneer Queen."
