If you don't already have the Run Active Content script file on your server to run FLASH content, then use the link below and
and download it the file. This file must be uploaded to your server in the same folder as the webpage the banner appears on.
Download the JavaScript files, unzip it and fetch the "AC_RunActiveContent.js" and put it in your web program and upload to your server in the folder that houses the webpage with the banner on it. The other files in this folder are sample flash project and movie files and are not needed to run flash on your webpage (they can be used in Flash program to design flash content.)
For the banner itself:
